FTL Advogados consultant, Miguel Brito, presented a workshop entitled “Legal Aspects of Startups and Investment Rounds” aimed at start-ups of the Payment System Innovation Laboratory (LISPA).
LISPA is an initiative of the National Bank of Angola to promote innovation, enhancement of the offer of financial products and services, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and Acelera Angola. Participants are part of the LISPA BOOST program, which is a pre-acceleration program for digital solutions to real problems, designed to support entrepreneurs in structuring their business.
